Estamos buscando un/a Ejecutivo/a de Cuentas Senior para unirse a nuestro equipo de Consultores, en Bogotá. Como Consultor/a, además de centralizar la gestión de soluciones para el cliente desde diversas áreas de la compañía, tu principal objetivo será desarrollar relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los clientes de NIQ, fomentando la generación de valor para sus negocios y fortaleciendo su satisfacción con nuestros productos.

Buscamos a una persona con una fuerte orientación al relacionamiento y la comunicación, así como con capacidad analítica, para actuar de manera consultiva en la generación de valor para nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar el relacionamiento con parte de la cartera de clientes de NIQ, brindando un servicio de excelencia y estableciendo una asociación duradera que potencie aún más las oportunidades de negocio.
  • Organizar y facilitar foros estratégicos regulares para generar insights de mercado y consumo para los nuevos clientes de NIQ.
  • Liderar la comunicación con este grupo de clientes, garantizando claridad, transparencia y generación de valor.
  • Evaluar los indicadores de satisfacción de la cartera de clientes con los productos de NIQ y organizar planes de acción internos.
  • Generar oportunidades de negocio con los clientes, alimentando al equipo comercial con la apertura de leads y posibilidades de nuevos proyectos

Qualifications

Calificaciones

  • Título universitario completo.
  • Sólida experiencia en la gestión de clientes (farmer) en el sector de bienes de consumo/retail o en el área de inteligencia de negocios/investigación de mercado en la industria de consumo masivo.
  • Dominio del paquete Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Inglés de nivel intermedio a avanzado.
  • Habilidad para elaborar presentaciones, comprensión de escenarios macroeconómicos y pensamiento analítico.
