Description

  • Manage relationships with part of NIQ’s client portfolio, providing excellent service and establishing long-term partnerships that further enhance business opportunities
  • Organize and mediate regular strategic forums to generate market and consumer insights for new NIQ clients
  • Lead communication with this group of NIQ clients, ensuring clarity, transparency, and value generation
  • Evaluate satisfaction indicators of the client portfolio with NIQ products and organize internal action plans
  • Generate business opportunities with clients, feeding commercial teams with leads and possibilities for new projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid experience managing client relationships (farmer) in the Consumer Goods/Retail segment or in the Business Intelligence/Market Research area of the fast-moving consumer goods industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate to Advanced English
  • Ability to create presentations, understand macroeconomic scenarios, and apply analytical thinking
