Description

We are seeking a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the configuration of the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. 
  • Perform system configuration tasks such as creating absence plans, time-off, accrual, work schedules, time calculations, time entry code and time entry template. 
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization. 
  • Support business with day-to-day queries  

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration and support. 
  • Experience with support multiple clients on Workday Time and Absence 
  • At least one implementation experience on Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management 
  • Ability to gather and analyse business requirements  
  • Experience in leading or participating in full Workday project life cycles, including planning, design, testing, and deployment. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills. 
  • Workday certification(s) in Time Tracking and Absence Management is a plus. 
  • Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll modules is a plus.
