Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure integration solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to support Workday module implementations and enhancements
• Maintain documentation for integrations, including technical specifications and support guides
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards
• Stay current with Workday releases and recommend relevant updates or improvements

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday integration development and support
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques
• Experience with Workday security and integration authorization models
• Solid grasp of HR business processes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
