Key Responsibilities

As a Night Audit Representative, your primary focus is on superior guest service while managing critical end-of-day operations. Key duties include:

• Providing exceptional guest service using Radisson's 'Yes I Can!' standards, resolving issues with empathy and teamwork.
• Accurately recording and reporting all property receipts, following strict cash handling procedures.
• Performing comprehensive night audit functions, such as reviewing cashier audits, balancing credit card postings, and maintaining database integrity.
• Preparing computer systems for the next day, including backups and daily report generation.
