Position Summary

Join Sonoco as a Night Shift Supervisor at our Winchester, KY facility. Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you'll oversee safety, quality, productivity, material handling, and cost performance during night shifts on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule (7pm-7:30am, arriving 15-30 minutes early). This full-time, mid-level role offers competitive pay plus a 12.5% quarterly target bonus in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Availability for 2/2/3 night shift: Mon-Tue-Fri-Sat one week, Sun-Wed-Thu the next
