＜職務内容＞
①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション
グローバルに展開するすべての日産車のシャシー制御システムを日本で開発しており、当システムを新型車両へ搭載するためのプロジェクトマネージメントを担って頂きます。
取り扱うシステムは、e-4ORCE、インテリジェントトレースコントール、e-Pedal Step、オートブレーキホールド、ドライブモードシステムといったシャシー制御システムであり、これらの制御システムを開発車両に搭載するため、社内各部署や各海外拠点のエンジニアとやり取りしながら、当システムの開発をリードします。
(開発初期）お客様のニーズに合わせた車両仕様検討に参画し、シャシー制御システムの仕様検討、提案を行う
(開発中期/後期)関連機能を含めた車両開発の中核を担うまとめ役として開発に関わるチーム全体を牽引
②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション
開発車両や販売地域の特徴に合わせてシステム最適仕様の選定を行い、開発計画を立て、開発のマネージメントを行います。また、開発中に発生した課題に対しても、グローバルに存在する様々な開発拠点やサプライヤと連携し、自らがまとめ役となり、課題解決をリードしていきます。
③職場環境・働き方（メンバー構成や職場の雰囲気、特徴）
自部署内はシステム開発エンジニアと共に10名程度でチームを構成し、マネージャーのもとで、アシスタントマネージャー、チームリーダーからの指示を受けながら、開発部署だけでなく、生産部門とも連携を取り、プロジェクトマネージメントを行っていきます。

- Select optimal system specifications based on vehicle and regional characteristics, and establish development plans
- Coordinate with internal departments, overseas bases, and suppliers to resolve development issues as the lead coordinator
- Drive mid-to-late stage development as the central figure, leading cross-functional teams including production departments
- Propose and refine chassis control system specifications for enhanced vehicle performance
