We are now looking for a DND Market Section Manager, to join our team.  In this role you will ensure a unified and minimum standard for all the branches in the region & roll out in the region. Support NSC’s with transformation of facilities to NRC (Nissan Retail Concept). Enhancing the Nissan brand and Customer experience within the retail environment. Build strong, collaborative relationships with dealer principals and management teams. Develop and implement the dealer network strategy to support business growth and market coverage.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Market Management

  • Manage dealer onboarding, including franchise agreements, facility standards, and operational readiness.
  • Identify gaps in dealer coverage and lead facility relocation/opening, or consolidation initiatives.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with dealer principals and management teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer development matters, providing guidance and support.
  • Facilitate communication between dealers and internal departments to resolve issues and drive alignment. Act as an escalation point for dealer issues and performance challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Nissan Middle East teams where applicable.
  • Benchmark competitors’ network and facilities.

NRC Transformation and Brand Visual Identity

  • Project manage Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) transformation and provide feedback on the NRC design layouts from operational point of view, aligning with Nissan stakeholders.
  • NRC market management through PDCA, alongside contractual architect consultancy.
  • Preparation of reports for Nissan Middle East office, as well as regional management.
  • Work cross functionality with sales & aftersales to align business operations.

Nissan Dealer Standard Process (NDSP)

  • Update NDSP guidelines annually to be in line with the latest processes.
  • Conduct regular facility, process and operational audits.
  • Conduct / guide and train Dealers on performing NDSP assessments.
  • Update audit scoresheet and share with Dealers.
  • 3rd party supplier audits action plan follow-up with a clear PDCA.
  • Conduct field visits to ensure facilities are adhering to standards & processes.

DND Program Management

  • Track and report on network performance, development activities, and strategic programs.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time in line with business needs as reasonably directed by management.

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in network development or business management (automotive preferred).
  • A good understanding of the standards & retail environment.
  • Technical: MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Project management
  • Languages: English (required), Arabic (preferred).
  • Driver’s License: Required.
