(1)電子システム、メカトロニクスシステムの開発、(2)お客様に提供したい新しいアイディアの創出とソリューションの開発
(1)電子システム、メカトロニクスシステムの開発
- スマホキーを用いた車両の施解錠システム
- リモートエンジンスタートなどのエンジン始動/停止システム
- ドライバー毎の電動メモリシートシステム
- サイドドア、バックドア、ルーフ、窓、フードの電動開閉システム
- 車内/外のライティングシステム
- ワイパーシステム
- エアバッグ、シートベルトなどのセーフティシステム

(2)新しいアイディアの創出とソリューションの開発
お客様の顕在化されたニーズ、潜在的なニーズをパーソナライズする機能も含めて実現可能なアイデアの創出と市場展開を継続的に実施

電気自動車、自動運転やコネクティッドカー等の劇的な技術進化は勿論のこと、メカトロ技術に代表されるような電子制御を活用したシステムの数はお客様の利便性向上や情緒的価値の向上に欠かせないものとなっています。我々のグループでは、「こういう機能があったらお客様は嬉しいだろうな」 といった新しい価値をお客様の視点に立って提案し、そのソリューションの開発から市場投入までEnd to Endで担当しています。また、市場投入後も機能のUpgradeを検討しています。また、FoD(Function on Demand) でお客様が欲しいと思う技術だけを車両搭載できるようにして、個々の車のカスタマイゼーションを加速させることも検討しています。

＜登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required＞
■MUST
以下いずれかの開発経験を2年以上有していること。
・電子システム・電子部品開発
・メカトロシステム開発
・無線通信機器もしくは通信デバイス開発
・組み込みソフトウェア開発
・電気回路設計
・組込ソフトウェアまたは電子部品の評価経験
・機械設計経験（製品の全体を俯瞰した企画/設計経験がある方、電気制御の知見がある方）
自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred
■TOEIC：600
■WANT
Must要件に加えて、以下いずれかを有する方。
・自動車業界での就業経験
・海外での業務経験
・ソフトウェア開発スキル
・電気/電子回路開発スキル
