【組織体制】
本社人事チームは、➀全社の採用戦略企画 ②リクルーター業務 の2機能に分かれます。➀は上長以下2名、②は今回の新規募集となります。(上長以下、4名採用予定)
➀全社の採用戦略企画(上長以下2名)のメンバーと協力しながら業務を進めていただきます。
【具体的な業務】
まずは下記の業務より担当していただきます。
➀全社の採用戦略企画と連動したリクルーター戦略
②中途採用業務(リクルーター業務)
本部の中途採用全体、もしくはダイレクトリクルーティングのみの担当など、入社時の役割はご経験や適性を考慮します。
＜➀業務例＞…現在の1名の社員と協力して取り組みます。
・全社的なダイレクトリクルーティングの戦略検討、立案、実行
・エージェントも含めたチャネル戦略の検討、立案、実行
＜②業務例＞…新たに採用する4名を含めて、採用業務をリードいただきます。
・担当領域における採用戦略の立案
・求人ヒアリング、求人票作成
・エージェントコントロール
・ダイレクトリクルーティング
・候補者のフォロー
・その他、面接官研修、採用イベントの開催など
採用計画から逆算をしてどのように採用活動を行っていくか、HRBPと採用戦略を立て、採用活動を行ってまいります。エージェント対応だけでなく、ダイレクトリクルーティング、リファラルなどさまざまな採用手法を用いて採用活動を行えます。

【Must】
■事業会社での中途採用業務またはエージェントでのRAの経験(RPO経験含む)合計3年以上
■全社方針を理解し、自ら課題を特定し、課題解決に向けて周囲をリードした経験（課題提案/解決力）
■英語力（TOEIC 730 点以上）※業務上すぐに英語を利用することはありませんが、長期的な観点で必須
【Want】
■1000名以上の組織に在籍していた方、もしくはRAとして担当されていた方
■製造業に関する知見
■中途採用の実務経験がある方で、採用の企画業務に携わりたい方、もしくは採用企画の経験がある方

- Control agents and formulate channel strategies including direct recruiting and referrals
- Collaborate with HRBP and stakeholders for adoption planning from strategy to execution
- Conduct interview officer training and host adoption events
- Lead team of recruiters (including 4 new hires) in adoption activities
