We are looking for a “HEAD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS” to join our team!

The main responsibilities and specifications for the role are shared below;

HEAD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

  • Managing roll out in communication channels for brand message which is set by Marketing Dept. Creating brand power in market and in public with sponsorships, events, communication activities.
  • Managing Strategy for brand communication with media for brand image and employer branding. Building strong relations with media by setting strategic partnership for it.
  • Internal Employee communication events for brand power feeling and brand loyalty activities.
  • Planning organizations for creating & increasing employee motivation and building & empowering strong corporate culture in line with HR Strategies. Leading corporate building activities by collaborating with HR.
  • Clear understanding for global vision and allignment with local strategies for Corporate communication management. Having strong colloboration with global partners in region.
  • Creating strong brand communication with Dealers. Setting dealer communications in colloborating with Marketing & Sales&DND for including launches, events, incentive trips, activities.
  • Clear understanding for global vision and allignment with local strategies for Internal communication management. Having strong colloboration with global partners in region.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: 

  • University degree in economics, communications, public relations, journalism
  • 8+ years of experience in a high-level communications environment in cooperation with Business, Government or Public Relations agencies
  • Experience in automotive sector is preferred
  • Fluent English written and verbally
  • Advanced level of written communication skills such as having the ability to draft internal and external releases and articles
  • Strong planning skills
