＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞
■業務詳細：
・車両プラットフォームやアッパーボディ、ドアなど車体骨格、外板部品を対象に、部品毎に担当を持ち、他社の車両を分解し、形状・構造・材料、コストなどを分析いただきます。
・当社車両との差異分析を行い、部品や構造の合理化案をまとめ、車体設計等の関係部署へ報告・提案を行っていただきます。
・各部品設計やプロジェクト開発と連携、バリューエンジニアの考え方に基づき、お客様の立場でValueが最大となる新車を立上りから実現、また量産期間において、そのValue競争力の維持・向上を推進いただきます。
※バリューエンジニアの考え方…日産車の価値向上の為に、コストを下げるのみならず、性能向上を図り、コスト以上の付加価値を創造しようとする考え

・1年間を通して多くの競合車を車１台分の分解調査を行うことによって、徹底した競争力分析を行うことが出来る。

・部品やシステムの競争力分析や新興国のサプライヤ調査も行い、グローバルな視点での競争力分析を行うことができます。

・コストエンジニアとしてのご経歴（異業種歓迎）
・自動車業界、車体部品・材料の関連業界において価値エンジニアリングの業務経験
・BIW部品（自動車・PF）の開発・コスト関連エンジニアとしての経験を有する事
・BIW部品（車体骨格、ドアなど）や材料技術に関する設計・製造に関する詳細知識 自動車業界

- Conduct difference analysis with Nissan vehicles and propose rationalization ideas to body design departments
- Collaborate with parts design and project development teams using value engineering to maximize customer value from launch to mass production
- Perform competitive analysis on parts/systems and investigate emerging market suppliers for global competitiveness
- Drive value improvement from customer perspective, maintaining and enhancing value competitiveness during production
- Disassemble and analyze approximately 1 vehicle per month throughout the year for thorough competitive benchmarking
