＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞ 当グループは主にソフトウェアプラットホーム開発(①)、ソフトウェア開発ツール・ルール・プロセス及びテスト技術開発(②)、ECUハードウェア開発(③)、プロジェクトマネジメント(④)から構成されており、それぞれ欧州、アジア、米国などのパートナーやサプライヤと協働しながら、SDVの時代に求められる先進のソフトウェア開発技術の構築と製品への適用を推進しています。 ①AUTOSARの活用や、OTA等の車両のコネクティビティに代表されるソフトウェアプラットホームの開発 ②MATLAB, Simulinkなどを活用するソフトウェア開発環境や、SIL/MIL/HILを活用したテスト環境の開発とそれらを 最大限活用するルール&プロセス開発。 ③最適な車載電子アーキテクチャを実現するECUハードウェア開発。 ④ECU開発全体をリードするプロジェクトマネジメント。 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞ 製品開発に直結したソフトウェア開発の最先端で技術開発に取り組むことを通して、MBDに必要な技術及びマネジメントスキルを身につけることができます。 グローバルかつダイバシティに富んだ活発な環境のもとで業務に取り組むことができます。 ＜登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required＞ ■MUST ・基礎的な機械電気電子、制御工学、自動車の知識 ・クルマやエンジン、モーター、バッテリに興味があり、コンピュータやソフトウェア、ITツールにも興味や強みがある方 自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred ■TOEIC：600 ■WANT ・自動車業界、自動車関連業界において、エンジンやパワートレイン系の制御、性能開発経験を持っている。 ・マイクロコントローラ/マイクロプロセッサ領域の一般的な知見。 ・開発チームのリーダーとしての経験。 ■TOEIC：730 ＜求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image (Personality)＞ ・上流の要求を具現化するために、人の話を聞いて理解し、更に要求を引き出せる積極性。 ・グローバルな開発体制の為、基礎的な英会話能力と、外国の方にも物怖じしない姿勢。 ・CASEやSDVに向けて積極的に新しい技術を吸収し、学ぼうとする向上心。 ・既成概念にとらわれず、制御開発のプロとして自発的に行動する心構え。 ・年収レンジ：月次給（ 参考値 ） 230,000円～439,000円 ※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします 想定年収（ 参考値 ） 約410万円～780万円 ・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値） ・賞与金額は参考値であり、実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については都度決定されます。 ※残業手当等、従業員賃金規則に基づき、別途支給パワートレイン開発（EV/ePower）Locations
