■業務内容
EVの電動パワートレイン開発のプロジェクトマネージメントを担当します。担当する電動パワートレイン開発の顔として、プロジェクトを運営するリーダーシップが期待されます。
【具体的には】
・プロジェクトの企画とお客様の期待値に基づき、担当する電動パワートレイン開発の性能・品質・コスト・スケジュール目標を具体化
・目標達成に必要なリスク・課題を明確化し、プロジェクトメンバーとの密なコミュニケーションを通して、目標達成
・搭載車両全体のシステムを踏まえて、電動パワートレインを構成する個別のユニットの機能・性能がバランスよく組み合わさるように、プロジェクトメンバーとともに開発
■チームについて
パワートレイン開発のプロジェクトをマネージし、QCTを達成することをミッションとしています。パワートレイン企画、構想設計、性能計画、設計、試作、評価という一連の開発活動の推進に努めます。また、パワートレインを搭載する車両の関連メンバーと連携し、企画からお客様に車が届くまでの各活動に参画していくことも業務の一つとしています。同部署からは5～6名でそれぞれプロジェクトへ入り業務を行っております。

- Manage powertrain development projects to achieve Quality, Cost, and Time (QCT) goals across planning, concept design, performance planning, design, prototyping, and evaluation
- Collaborate with vehicle project members from planning through to vehicle delivery to customers
- Lead as the face of electric powertrain development projects, demonstrating leadership to operate projects effectively
