＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞
EV/e-POWERバッテリー開発において、
・バッテリーモジュール/パック開発(構造開発、冷却開発、パッケージング開発)
・バッテリーセル開発（材料評価・構造開発・設計/評価）
・バッテリー性能・冷却性能設計
・システム・制御設計
のいずれかを行うチームの、マネージャーとして部署をまとめ、リードして頂きます。

日産自動車の今後の主力となるEV/e-POWERの基幹部品であるバッテリー開発を行うチームにて、マネージャーとしてチームをまとめる業務となります。従って、グローバルでの激しい競争環境下において、世界トップレベルの最先端技術を駆使しながら常に新しい挑戦に取り組める環境であることから、仕事にやりがいを感じる機会が多いのが特徴です。また、関連部署、海外拠点、サプライヤなど多岐にわたる関係者と業務を進めていくため、電動化する自動車業界において重要となる最新の幅広い知見と技術を習得することも可能であると共に、グローバルでのネットワーク拡大機会にも恵まれた環境です。

・バッテリー開発・研究経験
・車載用バッテリ、セル、BMS、システム設計の開発・研究経験
・システムズエンジニアリングによるバッテリシステム設計経験
・電気化学、電池劣化、電気回路、伝熱、流体モデルベース開発・業務運用経験
・CAD／CAEツール経験
