①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション
パワートレインユニット(エンジン及び電動UNIT）の各要素、構造部品の機能信頼性が設計要求通りのスペックとなっており、お客様へ提供できる品質を確保できているかを最新の計測技術を以って実験評価を行っていただきます。
②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション
パワートレイン構造部品の機能信頼性実験（下記いずれか、または複数の役割）
(1)新型車プロジェクト開発
・実験企画部署と新規パワートレインの仕様を確認し、スペック要求事項の確認方法、計測方法を検討、実装、実験の為の準備を行う。
・ダイナモ等実験設備、各種計測機器を使用し、要求事項に対する物理現象を計測し、データー検証、結果を設計、実験企画部署へ達成度、懸案内容をフィードバックする。
(2)計測技術・実験手法開発
・新たなデバイス、新たな物理現象を計測する為の計測技術を開発する。
・実験の効率化、近代化を探求し、世界一の実験力を実現する。
(3)パワートレインの各種実験のための開発車両整備
・実験用試作品の開発中車両への組み込みを整備技術を駆使して実施する。
