We’re currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, to join our team in Mt Juliet, TN. The Senior Analyst, SCM, is responsible for a variety of inventory control activities that support Nissan and Infiniti dealerships and Export customers with service parts availability. Specific activities include managing high-risk suppliers by taking a tactical and strategic approach to coaching and developing suppliers for improved performance. Manage supplier expediting to ensure recovery plans are staying on schedule. Provide supplier triage and guidance supporting FSCRs. Serve as tactical cross-functional liaison and administrator between suppliers and internal functions such as Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, PPE, TCS, Packaging, and Engineering.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Daily tactical collaboration with High-Risk suppliers to ensure recovery and improvement of timely shipment of open orders, obtaining ETA information for escalated situations, expediting critical parts to resolve backorder situations, etc.
  • Strategically identify solutions to supplier challenges and implement tactical process changes that will improve the overall performance of the supplier’s ability to provide service parts on time.
  • Manage suppliers with unique requirements by utilizing a strategic and tactical approach in combination with qualitative knowledge.
  • Responsible for adopting High-Risk suppliers to tactically coach and develop the supplier to an acceptable performance level.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • 6+ years of directly related professional experience in supply chain/inventory control functions.
  • Experience using MRP or other dynamic inventory control systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
