＜職務内容＞ ・新車プロジェクトのシート計画・設計 ・次世代シートの先行技術開発 ・部品戦略策定及びそれらの開発と車種適用の実行 ・現行車プロジェクトの競争力（魅力、品質、コスト）向上の検討 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）＞ ①職務を通して得られる自己の成長、獲得できるスキル、やりがい シートという部品の特性上、性能計画、部品設計から評価まで、車両開発の流れを自分の範疇・お客様のニーズから提供したい価値、目標値を創出し、それらを技術で実現する構想力 ・材料力学、振動学等を衝に、布、革、樹脂、金属等の様々な材料を用いた設計スキル ・各種DATAを活用した協調制御等を用いた機構の開発スキル ・異なる文化、会社との業務を通して多様性を磨き、それらを取りまとめ意思決定をするスキル 要求が多岐に渡り、多くの事を技術で実現する必要がありますが、お客様が直接触れる部品であり、自身の構想がダイレクトに評価をされるので非常にやりがいがあります。 ②将来的に目指せるキャリア、ポジション ・シート業界をリードするエンジニア ・マネージャーを経て、車両の開発をリードする、チーフ・ビークル・エンジニアになる人もいます ＜MUST＞ ・機械力学・材料力学・材料学の知識を有すること。 ・金属または、樹脂製品の構造設計～評価解析の経験がある方 自動車業界経験：あれば尚可 TOEIC：600 ＜WANT＞ ・自動車、または自動車関連企業での職務経験を有すること TOEIC：730 ＜求める人物像＞ ・いかなることにも前向きに「どうしたら出来るのか？」を考え、提案出来る ・問題、課題の切り分けと、事実に基づいた分析ができ、主体的に行動出来る。 ・積極的なコミュニケーションにより周囲を巻き込み、一人では解決できない課題に、チームとして取り組み関係者をモチベート出来る。 ・年収レンジ：月次給（ 参考値 ） 230,000円～439,000円 ※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします 想定年収（ 参考値 ） 約410万円～780万円 ・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値） ・賞与金額は参考値であり、実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については都度決定されます。 ※残業手当等、従業員賃金規則に基づき、別途支給内外装・車体設計開発Locations
