＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞ ・ドア部品の設計 ドアメタルの部品設計及び樹脂部品やゴム部品などのサプライヤーとの部品開発 ・車種横断で採用する機構部品・メカトロ部品の設計 ロック、ハンドルなどのサプライヤーとの部品開発及び先行開発 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞ ドアは車に乗り込む際に必ず最初に触れる部位であり、お客様の第一印象に深くかかわります。良いドアを作る＝お客様が車に対して良い印象を持つことになり、その評価がモチベーションに繋がります。またドアはメタル・樹脂・ガラス・ゴムなど様々な材料を使っていますので、技術的にも業務を通じて多くのチャレンジが可能で幅広い知識を得ることができます。またグローバルな活躍を目指す方には、海外拠点への出向・出張や、海外サプライヤーとのコミュニケーションの機会も豊富にあります。 車に乗り込むまでの一連のメカトロシステム開発を行っています、本システムはコネクテッド技術も活用してオンボード・オフボードシステム開発が可能です。 ＜登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required＞ ■MUST 機械あるいは材料の知識を持ち、以下いずれかを満たす方 ・自動車/二輪車/船舶等/輸送機器での設計開発に関わる業務経験 自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred ■WANT ・機械工学(材料力学・構造力学)を用いた業務経験 ・プレス成型技術に関する知識や業務経験 ・樹脂材料成形技術に関する知識や業務経験 ・メカトロに関する知識や業務経験 自動車業界経験：あれば尚可/Experience of the car industry：preferred Must TOEIC：600点 Want TOEIC：730点 ＜求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image (Personality)＞ ・クルマが好きで、様々な部品に対して、好奇心が旺盛な方 ・新しいクルマ、技術へのチャレンジ精神が旺盛な方 ・チームワークを大切にし、多くの人と関わり、学びあえる方 ・困難な局面においても粘り強く取り組める方 ・グローバルに活躍したい方 ・クルマ作りの中心にいることを楽しめる方 ・年収レンジ：月次給（ 参考値 ） 230,000円～439,000円 ※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします 想定年収（ 参考値 ） 約410万円～780万円 ・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値） ・賞与金額は参考値であり、実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については都度決定されます。 ※残業手当等、従業員賃金規則に基づき、別途支給内外装・車体設計開発Locations
