①所属組織の担当開発領域、業務概要とR&D内における役割、ポジション
・新車プロジェクトのHMI戦略策定
次世代のHMI、Soundデバイスの機能開発と適用計画、それに基づく コックピット/インテリアトリム等内装計画
・現行車プロジェクトの競争力向上、品質向上
・次期型に向けたHMI内装戦略の策定
②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション
将来のHMIの戦略策定から、コックピットに搭載するHMI、Soundデバイスの機能開発とレイアウト、デザイン(スタイリング)を両立する検討を行い、社内の部品設計やデザインと連携して量産化を実現する。

- Conduct function development, layout, and design for HMI and Sound devices in cockpit, collaborating with internal parts design and design teams for mass production
- Collaborate globally with overseas bases and Alliance partners on strategy formulation
