Contribute to projects in RAM/Support/Sustainment trade studies, architecture development, and system engineering to include design influence to produce credible conceptual and preliminary weapon system designs that meet potential customers' performance, cost, schedule, and risk thresholds while informing them of the surrounding design space for capability considerations, especially capability versus life cycle cost versus technical availability date. Contribute to identification, assessment, and tracking of technology roadmaps and associated existing or developing support system capability gaps to feed technology development and conceptual design process. Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of systems and test experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of systems and test experience, OR a PhD in a STEM discipline with 8 years of systems and test experience. Must be a US Citizen with an ACTIVE U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope (< 6 years), with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Experience in leading a high-paced product development and test/demonstration team Multi-disciplinary engineering exposure (software, hardware, electrical) and strong ability to communicate cross functionally Experience developing and executing integrated hardware and software testing. Sentinelsystems Primary Level Salary Range: $147,700.00 - $221,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
