Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 9 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's Degree in STEM with 7 years of related engineering experience Demonstrated excellence in the field of subsystems design (electrical or mechanical) Experience in a technical leadership or management role Must be proficient in the use of CATIA V5 and Team Center (Unified and Enterprise) Experience generating 2D drawings in accordance with normal drafting practices using ASME Y14.5 standards Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs. Active DoD Top Secret (or higher) clearance (with a background investigation within the past 5 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). Experience with military aircraft subsystem development, with requirements definition, specification development, component analysis, procurement, source selection, integration and test and verification for advance aircraft Experience interpreting component detail drawings, specifications, installation drawings, and test procedures Experience working on Special Access Programs
