Must have a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience; bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR a master's degree with 0 years experience. Principal Cloud Engineer (level 3):

Must have a high school diploma with 9 years of relevant experience; bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience; OR a master's degree with 3 years experience. U.S. citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules and provide after-hours support. Training and onboarding will start on the day shift, and schedules may include weekends. Flexibility is a must. Able to obtain IAT Level II certification such as Security+ within 60 days Working knowledge and/or familiarity with Cloud-based technologies (AWS) Efficiently resolves help desk tickets using Jira Service Management (JSM) in a demanding, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective user support Proficiently utilizes Jira and Confluence with in-depth knowledge of JSM, Core, and Software modules, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their integration capabilities across the Atlassian suite Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management skills by prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and maintaining meticulous documentation in a dynamic work environment Highly effective communicator, collaborator, and organizer, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across all levels; proficient at independent task management and meticulous problem-solver AWS Platform (Cloud Practitioner or higher certification) Azure Platform (Azure Fundamentals or higher certification) Active IAT Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, SecurityX) Proven experience administering JIRA and Confluence, including user management, workflow configuration, and plugin implementation Possesses a combination of practical JIRA administration experience and formal Atlassian Jira Administrator training
