As a Computer Systems Architect, your duties will include reviewing, understanding and designing automation techniques to address a wide range of infrastructure requirements; understanding of automation for both Infrastructure as Code and cyber hardening/patching; working closely with software and systems engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood and blockers are elevated. This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below. Principal Computer Systems Architect: 5 years of relevant experience with Bachelors; 3 years of relevant experience with Masters; 1 year of relevant experience with PhD; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree Senior Principal Computer Systems Architect: 8 years of relevant experience with Bachelors in Science; 6 years of relevant experience with Masters; 4 years of relevant experience with PhD; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree Active SCI/CI Poly required at the time of application Current Security+ CE, CASP, CISSP, or similar DoD 8570 security certification Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Classified Windows/Linux Domains Experience with VMWare implementation, migration, and maintenance Experience with system design and architecture Experience operating and managing systems within current applicable information systems compliance standards Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management Demonstrated experience in technical judgment Experience working as part of an Agile development environmen Current CISSP security certification and CCNP network certification or similar Understanding information technologies, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to analyze high level needs utilizing use cases/scenarios and relate them to the requirements
