Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares proposals, progress, and other reports. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information. Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in U.S. Government contract administration and management Experience with various contract types such as Time & Material, Cost types, Firm Fixed Price, Other Transactions, etc. Experience with proposal development and negotiation. The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required. Experience in U.S. Government Department of Defense contract administration & management Experience with FAR/DFARS A current/active DoD Secret clearance
