Required Qualifications

• Has served at least 180 days on active duty (experience)
• Is within 12 months of separation or retirement (experience)
• Will receive an honorable discharge (experience)
• Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS (experience)
• Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months (experience)
• Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship (experience)
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience; 0 years with Master's (experience)
• An additional 4 years of Configuration Management or Data Management experience in a DoD environment may be used in lieu of a degree (experience)
• Must be a US Citizen (experience)
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and adjudicated within the past 6 years (experience)
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval (experience)

Responsibilities

• Planning meeting agendas, conducting meetings, and recording meeting minutes
• Controlling technical baselines, and tracking configuration status
• Performing document reviews to include classification markings, data rights markings, and formatting
• Familiarity with development and transfer of technical baselines, and conducting configuration audits
• Developing Data Management products
• Developing solutions to a variety of complex problems, perform research and determine the best option from a variety of options without manager guidance
• Plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives
• Provide detailed CM/DM subject matter knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders
