Provide leadership, direction, and management to a team of engineers, technicians, trainers working engineering/training tasks Assure the organization is properly staffed, trained, and certified to meet current and future program demands Work closely with government program management and engineering staff to provide excellent customer support Develop technical excellence in the organization, build and foster teamwork, and encourage cooperation within and across functional organizations Resolve conflicting needs in customer demands within and between organizations Manage multiple program priorities on engineering deliverables and effectively lead the organization in meeting and delivering to committed items Manage cost, scope, and schedule of the contract Life Insurance Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions Paid Time Off Health & Wellness Resources Employee Discounts This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree in STEM with 6 years of related experience Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope. Experience in program management Experience in managing a team of five or more people 5+ years of experience with SACCS weapon system and personnel management Background in SACCS and ICBM communication systems architecture Strong written communication skills Dynamic personality for customer interactions 8+ years experience with creating and/or monitoring computer networks, programming routers, firewalls, switches, etc.
135,000 - 210,000 USD / yearly
