Provide technical oversight of design, development, and integration of software components, including hands-on technical contributions to the development and delivery. Support software integration with hardware and identify and resolve software integration issues. Primary Level Salary Range: $124,000.00 - $186,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. U.S Citizenship required An active DoD Secret clearance 3 or more years of experience developing embedded software using C++ Experience with Electronic Warfare systems and software Experience working in a Linux based system and with real-time operating systems Experience working with software running in a VX Works based environment Strong understanding of Agile software development practices Experience with C, Python, and Bash languages Experience with containerization technologies and Wind River SIMICS Experience as a Development Team Leader or Scrum Master Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) and using an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Management of budget for technical activities Experience generating estimates for new work Prior software functional management experience (executing performance appraisals, staffing allocations, software process leadership, and career goals development)
