Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other STEM degree + 5 year's experience, MS + 3 years of experience, PhD + 0 years of experience. 3 years of progressive software engineering/development experience. Experience as a team lead for a software development team. Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI. Active TS/SCI clearance. 5 years of progressive Software Engineering/Development experience Experience as a scrum master and/or product owner Experience with functional management Experience managing a budget for technical activities Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket)
