Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other STEM degree + 8 year's experience, MS + 6 years of experience, PhD + 3 years of experience. 5 years of progressive software engineering/development experience. Experience as a team lead for a software development team. Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI. Active TS/SCI clearance. 7 years of progressive Software Engineering/Development experience 3 years of experience leading a software development team Experience as a scrum master and/or product owner Experience with functional management Experience managing a budget for technical activities Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket)
