General frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques Develop I&T test procedures, specifications, and test limits Execute I&T testing, monitor tests per specification, troubleshoot, and document all test activities Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks Understands NG test engineering practices and principles Understands both electrical circuits and software within the flight hardware and EGSE Supports EGSE and flight hardware test/troubleshooting efforts and ability to perform this tasking with little to no oversight from another Electrical Engineer Fully grasps escalation plan when test errors are encountered and understands when to proceed per NG/program process. Participates in anomaly resolution process while offering technical solutions for FRB approval. Travel and support different shifts when required Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of increasing scope and complexity as assigned Has technical insight and experience to know if test set-up and results make sense Ability to establish and maintain infrequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts on routine matters. Coordinates with ITEE team lead, electrical technicians, and I&T managers to complete tasking. May participate, prepare, and present material in program review boards (PDRs, CDRs, TRRs, FRBs, etc). Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or STEM equivalent) with 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD Demonstrate ability to learn and integrate new programming languages based off previous experience Must have a DoD Top Secret security clearance Experience with any of the following Microsoft Visio, National Instruments LabView Experience with hardware or software testing and test scripting Minimum of five years of directly related experience in Integration and test Experience in Electronics troubleshooting Environments testing (Vibration Analysis/Thermal Vacuum chamber testing) Programming experience with any of the following languages:
Python, C, C++ Experience in Aerospace or Defense industry (development or test)
