Defines and monitors mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs. Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements. Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction. Reviews program designs, specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements. Extensive review of supplier documentation to verify compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements as they pertain to the equipment being procured. Performs quality assurance verification on systems and equipment designed, built and procured to ensure design parameters and materials meet required standards and specifications. Participate/Facilitate root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations to address non-conformances, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications Level 2:

Bachelor Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 2 years of experience in Quality OR a Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 0 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field Experience in design review using modeling tools, such as NX Experience with providing quality oversight of trainer software/courseware development Active DoD Top Secret level clearance Bachelor Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5 years of experience in Quality OR a Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field An Active, In-scope, DoD Secret Security Clearance with the last investigation occurring within the last five (5) years as well as the ability to obtain and maintain Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
