Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepare Scopes of Work and supporting documents for procurement of design and construction services. Manage and execute multiple facilities projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Coordinate and update the Air Force as required for projects, budgets, and schedule. A minimum of high school diploma or GED and 5 years of combined project management, facilities construction project management, or facilities management experience OR with Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience with OR Master's Degree and 1 year of experience. Able to communicate effectively and clearly too present technical approaches and findings. Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a DOD Secret Clearance. Work with subject matter experts, suppliers, etc. (as required) to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and solve issues related to mechanical system, machines and or material assemblies. Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a DOD Secret Clearance. Work with subject matter experts, suppliers, etc. (as required) to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and solve issues related to mechanical system, machines and or material assemblies. Prepares Scopes of Work and supporting documents for procurement of design and construction services. Active DoD Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree Understanding of the change management process PMP Certification Demonstrated capability to perform assignments on time and within budget Professional writing skills and the ability to communicate with various levels of leadership to include presentation skills. Proficient in MS project, Microsoft Office software applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with; the design and construction of cleanrooms, design and construction of classified facilities, fire and security alarms and systems and remote monitoring, energy management systems, electrical systems and high-voltage electricity/substations and reliability engineering. Knowledge of building codes, ADA, local, UFC Criteria, FED OSHA, state and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility Prior work experience in facility layout, engineering, electrical, mechanical, HVAC design, plumbing, hydraulics, dynamics, and/or control systems and project management.
