Required Qualifications
- Level 2: Bachelor's degree + 2 years related work experience or Master's degree (experience)
- Level 3: Bachelor's + 5 years or Master's + 3 years related work experience (experience)

- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project (experience)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractors supporting capital projects
- Submit and track purchase requisitions, schedule work, track invoices
- Tracking of estimate requests, capital and indirect requests
- Development of scopes of work
- Purchase requisition input and tracking, invoice tracking
- Execute and track purchase card expenditures
- Vendor management / contractor scheduling and dispatch
- Utilization of Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo)
- Records retention of critical service and maintenance activities
- Tracking compliance-driven activities, permitting, safety oversight
- Developing, measuring, and maintaining department metrics
- Project planning support
- Attending meetings and presenting metrics
