Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline with 9 years of related professional/military experience with a background in engineering, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline with 7 years of related professional/military experience with a background in engineering.
