Must have prior Facility Security Officer (FSO) experience. 5+ Years of industrial security/FSO experience with Bachelors; or 3+ Years of industrial security/FSO experience with Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors. Comprehensive knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program and related training, FSO Certification from the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) (i.e. CDSE STEPP Courses). Experience and familiarity with U.S. Government NISS/DISS systems. Must be able to adapt in a fast paced and challenging work environment and effectively manage through change. Must have in-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Primary Level Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $165,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
