Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years, or Master's and 5 years' experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or program management (experience)
- US Citizenship (experience)
- Active US Government Secret clearance, ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance (experience)
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams, managing multiple contracts, fixed-price production proposals >$100M (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead Proposals: support pre-proposal planning, RFP shaping, response strategy
- Define proposal execution approach, team roles, schedule, staffing
- Lead and manage large complex proposals (RFIs/RFPs), kickoff meetings, NAR-ICE, C101 reviews
- Define and manage virtual workspace, ensure proposal configuration control and compliance
- Manage cost, schedule, technical performance
- Participate in contract negotiations
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers, executive management, stakeholders
