This role will be aligned to the Space, Strategic, & Targets market area within the PS&C programs portfolio including a broad assortment of solid rocket motor applications including launch vehicles, re-entry vehicles, gas generators, and more. The manager will apportion program engineering assignments and provide oversight to ensure that technical planning & execution is in alignment with program & organizational requirements, scope, and cost/schedule constraints. In addition, they will actively manage their direct reports in areas such as safety, job expectations, quality of work, career goals, mentoring/coaching, and Engineering Department accountabilities.
