The strategy, planning, and execution of all material and services content for a collection of programs Briefing the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting program cost and schedule performance. Acting as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers. Developing the material strategy and leading the activities for GSC in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) and will ensure that before program execution, all elements of the proposed program plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies Lead supply chain program execution and is accountable for proposal activities, resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution. Mentor, coach, and develop employees while fostering a high-performance team culture. Develop and execute supplier management strategies that support cost, schedule, and program needs. Forecasting material costs, supply chain risk management, and implementing make/buy strategies. Assess and address supply chain disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on program performance. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across direct reports, peers, and senior management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex issues for executive-level briefings. Demonstrate a commitment to fostering an engaging and inclusive team environment. Manage large-scale programs with significant material content and supplier engagement responsibilities. Interpret and manage complex supplier specifications, drawings, statements of work (SOWs), and supplier issue resolution. Work with our quality team to develop Supplier Performance Management (SPM) plans, utilizing KPIs to drive quality and delivery improvements. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, including engagement with international suppliers and non-traditional supply bases. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years in cost account management, supplier financial reporting/forecasting, supplier/program/product scheduling, or a closely related field in supply chain or a master's degree with a minimum of 6 years in cost account management, supplier financial reporting/forecasting, supplier/program/product scheduling, or a closely related field in supply chain Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams and managing personnel in a supply chain, operations, or business management environment. Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) concepts and their application in supply chain management. Security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. U.S. citizenship Ability to travel up to 20% to support supplier management, strategic initiatives, and program execution. At least 5 years in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Management, or a related field within aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing. SAP experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, and financial reporting. Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), supplier financial forecasting, and contract/subcontract management. Expertise in Federal and Defense contracting requirements, including ITAR and FAR/DFAR. Experience with DCMA/DCAA regulations and experience successfully interfacing with these organizations.
