He/she will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Bachelor's Science Degree in STEM field and a minimum of 8 years related experience or a MS Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 6 years related experience Must have 4 years experience in managing programs/projects to cost and schedule requirements Must have 4 years experience in leading, collaborating, and developing cross functional teams on complex technical projects Ability and willingness to travel as required for specific needs. Travel is not expected to be significant (10% or less) but may be required for specific program activities. U.S. citizenship Must have a current/active DoD Top Secret security clearance. An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to start. Must have the ability to obtain special Program clearances. Must be able to maintain this level of clearance and program access for continued employment.
