The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and with 2 years of experience; or Master's degree with 0 years of experience Ability to understand and interpret requirements Experience with Environmental Control Systems (ECS) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning (HVAC) system design and verification Experience with Carrier HAP, NX, Autodesk Revit, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software Familiarity with Systems Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes Working knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and plant controls Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience with estimation, bidding, proposals, or RFPs Experience with PDP (Product Definition Packages) creation
