Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, management, or business-related discipline with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Program Manager (experience)
Responsibilities
- Execute standard proposal development and review process
- Lead and execute proposal management partnered with Program Managers and Portfolio Leads
- Ensure on-time delivery of proposals and document lessons learned
- Ensure customer requirements are addressed in proposal response
- Engage with Portfolio Managers to craft proposal strategy
- Create compliant, compelling proposals
- Work with Enterprise proposal team for risk assessments
- Maintain business capture pipeline in SalesForce
- Lead COIC opportunity/awards plan reviews
- Act as first point of contact for potential COIC customers
- Capture new business and define technical strategy
- Participate in business strategy sessions
- Plan and execute all aspects of assigned contracted programs
- Manage technical, financial, contractual and schedule aspects
- Lead cross-functional team and provide technical compliance
- Act as customer interface for program activities
