- Must have Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering or related discipline with 2 years related semiconductor fabrication experience OR a Master's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering or related discipline with no experience. - Direct experience working in a lab or cleanroom environment - Must have experience working with and troubleshooting wet chemical processes and equipment - Must have experience with characterization techniques relevant to wets process engineering - Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and understanding of SPC tools and use -Experience in structured problem-solving methodology to troubleshoot equipment and process issues - Must have general MS Office suite experience - Must be able to work a large percentage of time working with chemicals in a Class 100 cleanroom environment. - Must be able to meet all physical and PPE requirements. - Must be able to work fourth shift:

Fri, Sat, Sun (7am - 7pm) - Must be a US citizen - Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance -Familiar with both wet etch and electroplating tools, processes, and troubleshooting -Secret Clearance NGMCFab Primary Level Salary Range: $85,400.00 - $128,000.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $105,400.00 - $158,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
