Proven leadership experience on a project and/or team. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance, SCI Access and complete a counterintelligence polygraph examination prior to start date MS in Systems Engineering, Technical Management, or related fields Demonstrated experience in Rushmore Operations Previous leadership experience. Proactive leadership skills, demonstrated communication and teamwork skills Ability to effectively interface with other Engineering and Production disciplines across the Sector, as well as Programs, Business Development, HR, Mission Assurance, etc. Active DoD Top Secret Clearance / SCI Access with a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination adjudicated within the last three years Ensuring members have sufficient scope of work, balancing resources among program responsibilities and verifying proper charging practices are followed, including timecard approval Developing employee talent, facilitating career conversations, strengthening functional skills bench depth, and fostering employee engagement Managing member performance, creating and delivering performance evaluations, overseeing the salary review process, and supervising employee development and mentoring efforts (including engagement strategies for higher performers and corrective actions for lower performers) Supporting the Rushmore recruiting, on-boarding, OCONUS deployment and CONUS repatriation process for assigned direct reports
