Developing and maintaining innovative products that leverage data and advanced analytics. Level 3:

Bachelor's degree with with at least 5 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with at least 3 years of related professional data analytics experience - OR - a PhD with at least 1 year of related professional data analytics experience. Level 4:

Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with at least 6 years of related professional data analytics experience - OR - a PhD with at least 4 years of related professional data analytics experience. Must have experience conducting benchmarking against industry standards and competitors to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Must have the ability to extract and manipulate data from databases using SQL and write custom queries. Familiarity with common table expressions and building views. Must have the ability to apply quantitative and statistical approaches to answer questions using data. Must be proficient using an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python or R) to conduct analysis and create visualizations. Must be proficient in data visualization using Tableau or similar dashboarding tools. Must have experience in data storytelling - creating compelling, concise narratives to communicate developed insights. Must have experience collaborating on projects across teams, managing relationships, and communicating findings to audiences. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Degree in a quantitative field (engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, etc.). Experience with people or talent-related data Experience creating metrics for a service-oriented business that includes customer engagement and support. Experience with ServiceNow platform analytics and Workday reporting.
