The ability to read and interpret specifications, schematics and block diagrams Mix of hardware and software skills Experience in text-based programming (e.g. C /C++) Background and working knowledge in RF, digital and power theory and concepts Experience with test & measurement equipment Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline Test design and integration background Ability to multi-task and work with minimal direction and guidance Programming experience with National Instruments Test Stand, LabWindows CVI, C, C++, C#, Python. Experience using Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies. Working knowledge of RF measurements such as S-parameters, Noise Figure, TOI, and Compression. Familiarity with/working knowledge of serial digital communications and RF Test Program Set (TPS) development. Experience with schematic design tools (e.g. Mentor Graphics, Zuken, etc.) Proficiency with digital, analog, RF test equipment, RF theory and high-speed digital design Familiarity with differential digital interfaces like LVDS - PXI/PXIe and VME bus experience Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardware Active Secret clearance and SAP
