Job Description

Troubleshoots and supports Power and Control Systems and Test Sets Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment Supports program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions Collaborates with design engineering to develop and implement hardware improvements and solutions Analyzes test data and identifies early trends Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of Electronics or Engineering experience; Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other STEM field with a minimum of 3 years of Electronics or Engineering experience. Candidates without an advanced degree would be considered with a minimum of 9 years of Electronics or Engineering experience. Experience with a broad range of measuring and monitoring equipment (oscilloscopes, function and waveform generators, power supplies and meters, current sensors and probes, etc.) U.S. citizenship .The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance. Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other STEM field with a minimum of 8 years of Electronics or Engineering experience; Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other STEM field with a minimum of 6 years of Electronics or Engineering experience. Candidates without an advanced degree would be considered with a minimum of 12 years of Electronics or Engineering experience. Prior Test Engineering specific experience in a military environment Prior Test Technician experience working in a lab environment Primary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
