Developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers and customers. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 9 years of relevant professional / military experience in Project Management, OR a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional / military Project Management experience, OR a Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional / military Project Management experience OR a PhD and at least 1 year of relevant professional / military Project Management experience Must have experience in Agile Methodology, Control Account Management (CAM), and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended alternate/second shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year. Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable time as determined by the company DoD Top Secret clearance. Experience as a formal military or civilian training instructor. Experience in military or civilian aircraft maintenance. Experience in training content delivery and instructor methodologies. Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Project, Learning Content Management Systems, Learning Management Systems, or other related software suites.
