Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings Prepare documentation for leadership review Manage and execute multiple facilities projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment A minimum of high school diploma or GED and 8 years of combined project management, project management, or management experience OR a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in project management, project management, or management experience OR Master's Degree and 4 year of experience in project management, project management, or management experience Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to present technical approaches and findings Experience working with subject matter experts, engineers, and program leads to ensure collection of data is accurate and timely Understanding of the change management process Proficient in MS project, Microsoft Office software applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of construction for classified areas PMP Certification Demonstrated capability to perform assignments on time and within budget Professional writing skills and the ability to communicate with various levels of leadership to include presentation skills
