Support the MDA DevOps initiative with any program specific responsibilities allocated to the role to include:

Design, build, manage on-prem platform infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters to support containerized applications with scalability, reliability, and security Build and optimize CI/CD pipeline components in GitLab to streamline application deployment and testing workflows across various environments Deploy and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to enhance performance reliability and visibility Automate incident management processes, including root cause analysis and self-healing mechanisms, to improve platform stability Ensure compliance with security best practices throughout the platform and processes Collaborate with development, Information Assurance, and IT teams to align infrastructure with platform requirements Stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends to incorporate relevant advancements into the DevOps Platform Principal:

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of relative experience; Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 3+ years of relative experience; PhD and 0+ years of relative experience. Experience working in an air-gapped or highly regulated environment Proficient in Kubernetes cluster deployment, management, and scaling Experience administering, integrating, and maintaining the following DevOps tools:

GitLab, Nexus Repository, Vault, Container registries Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a focus on continuous learning Proven problem-solving skills: critical thinking, effective troubleshooting - identify, analyze, and effectively resolve challenges by using a logical approach Willingness and ability to work onsite full-time This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.
